At Personal Online Swim Coach, we recognize the importance of knowledge of performance (KP) in refining swimming technique. KP involves providing athletes with detailed information about their execution of a skill, focusing on technique and movement patterns rather than just the outcome. Drawing from research in sports psychology and motor learning, we integrate KP into our feedback sessions to enhance learning and skill acquisition. Scientific studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of detailed feedback on technique and movement quality in improving performance. By highlighting both correct and incorrect aspects of performance, athletes gain a deeper understanding of their actions and can make necessary adjustments. Furthermore, our subscription-based model empowers athletes through self-controlled feedback. Athletes have the autonomy to determine when and how they receive feedback, allowing them to actively participate in their learning process. This approach promotes greater engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. By setting clear objectives and identifying specific areas for improvement, we collaboratively create a roadmap for the journey ahead and ignite the power of goal-directed behaviour. This proactive approach not only enhances motivation but also optimizes the learning process, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual's needs and aspirations. By giving athletes control over their feedback intake, we promote autonomy, self-regulation, and intrinsic motivation. Athletes feel more invested in their development, leading to increased engagement in skill refinement and improvement. Join us now and experience the benefits of knowledge-driven performance enhancement. Dive into a world of personalized feedback and take control of your swimming journey. Together, let's unlock your full potential in the water.
